My name is Ashley Lovell and I am the Assistant Director at Cornerstone. I obtained my bachelors degree in Psychology at the University at Albany & have been working with children for the past 8 years in every capacity. I started off as a Camp counselor at YMCA, which is where my passion for working with children began. I also have first-hand experience in dealing with kids with Autism, Behavioral Disorders & special needs. Working in various environments as well as being a mom has given me a vast amount of experience and taught me a tremendous amount of patience. Although I’ve held many positions, Teaching is where I found my niche & I love being able to help each individual student learn in their own way. Having the opportunity to watch their mind develop is always the most exciting part of the job.
